Legal notice and privacy
How we handle the data you send us, the scope of the information published on this site, and the third-party trademarks mentioned.
Last updated: September 2026
01 Who is responsible
AI-Media Content is TribuCorp's audiovisual localization line, based in Santiago, Chile. For anything related to this notice or to your personal data, write to info@tribucorp.cl.
02 What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily send through the contact form:
- Name and email address (required so we can reply).
- Phone, company and service of interest (optional).
- The content of the message you write.
03 What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a commercial proposal. We do not profile you, we do not send unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
The basis for processing it is your own submission of the form and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries.
04 Who it is shared with
Only the providers that make this site and its form work:
- Cloudflare — site hosting and anti-spam verification (Turnstile).
- Mailgun — delivery of the message to our inbox.
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with by a competent authority.
05 How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
06 Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability of your data by writing to info@tribucorp.cl. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
07 Storage in your browser
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single local preference in your browser («amc-theme») with the light or dark theme you choose; that value never leaves your device and never reaches us. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical storage to tell people from bots.
08 Scope of the published information
The content of this site is informational and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Turnaround times, rates, languages and service levels are agreed in writing in each proposal.
The performance figures published here (accuracy, latency, delivery times, satisfaction and project volume) are internal averages measured on our own projects and may vary with the material, the language pair and the conditions of each event.
The reference to the ISO 17100 standard describes how our workflow is aligned with it and is not a certification issued by an accredited body.
09 Third-party trademarks
NVIDIA, NVIDIA Riva, Dell, Canonical, Cloudflare and Mailgun are registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are named on this site solely to describe the technology and providers we use, with no implied sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those companies.
The congresses and events named here are occasions where we took part as a provider or exhibitor; naming them does not imply a current commercial relationship with their organisers.
10 Intellectual property
The texts, design and own trademarks on this site belong to TribuCorp. Links to third-party sites are offered for reference only and do not make us responsible for their content.
11 Governing law
This notice is governed by Chilean law. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile.
